Chicken Creek Nordic Area provides great groomed skiing that is very close to town. The area is maintained by the Chicken Creek Nordic group. It is a great group of volunteers that spend many hours grooming 10+ miles of trail for skate and classic skiing.  Fat bikes and hikers are not allowed.
