Many trails in the area are off limits to all e-bikes. Generally speaking, e-bikes are not allowed on non-motorized trails on both BLM and USFS land near Mancos. Here is the link to the official USFS document on e-biking in the San Juan National Forest.
However, there are plenty of legal trails to ride e-Bikes in the Mancos area. Below are some local favorites.

Aqueduct (singletrack)
Aqueduct is one of the only legal local areas to ride your e-bike (only Class 1 e-bikes allowed) on prime singletrack.
Aqueduct is the newest trail system in the area, planned and built by Mancos Trails Group in cooperation with the BLM. The all singletrack trail system was completed in 2023 and offers fun, flowy, less technical trails than Phil's World. There are two trailheads; the north trailhead has a larger parking lot suitable for vehicles with trailers, a shade structure, picnic table and a porta-potty.
One can ride to the trailhead from Mancos via Highway 160 or it's a short 5-minute drive to the trail system from town. Aqueduct is closed December 1 - April 30 for wildlife wintering habitat.
